These terms govern your use of the Refine Digital platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Refine Digital provides a hosted website, booking, payments and content-management platform for service businesses. We may update or improve features over time.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account, and for the content you publish and the accuracy of the business information you provide.
You must not use the platform to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, or host harmful or fraudulent content. We may suspend accounts that do.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via Stripe. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us the licence needed to host and display it to run the service. The platform itself, including its software and branding, remains our property.
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
