Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in running and improving the platform, consent (where required, e.g. non-essential cookies and marketing), and legal obligation.
We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf, including Stripe (payments), our cloud hosting provider (AWS), and email delivery providers. We do not sell personal data.
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, accounting or reporting requirements. You can ask us to delete your data (see below).
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@refinedigital.co. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
